Le Building Information Modelling (BIM) est aujourd'hui étroitement lié aux phases de planification et d'exécution.Cette méthode permet d'améliorer la communication entre les participants au projet et d'en optimiser l'exécution. De nombreuses informations sont ainsi disponibles dans la maquette numérique, et ce dès le début de la planification. Mais qu'advient-il des données et des informations recueillies en cours d'exploitation? De quelles informations l'exploitant a-t-il besoin? Quelles sont celles nécessaires en prévision d'une déconstruction? Existe-t-il déjà des standards adaptés en Suisse?
